Warranty
We issue a 2-year warranty (date from your invoice) on all goods bought. This warranty covers production and delivery faults, not including wear and tear from regular or daily use.
Stock goods
For stock goods, the delivery time is 2-3 business days in Denmark, and 3-5 business days in other EU countries, for the rest of world, the delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Custom orders
For custom order with delivery time ranging from 3-4 weeks, and a full fund reservation on your credit card will be issued when you place an order online.
Customer rights
At SKADIS Jewelry, we value our customers and are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience. For all in-stock items, customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unused and in its original condition.
However, please note that custom orders - including personalized designs, special sizes, or engravings, are excluded from the right of return, as they are crafted specifically to your request. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, our team is here to support you.
Claims
In case of claims, please contact our customer service via email: info@skadis.dk, with the information of order number, photos of the suspected fault and a description of the claim.
Claims arising from the goods being damaged in transit must be notified to our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package. Please provide order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace a new product. Claims regarding jewelry bought at our external retailers must go through their customer service.
